Patty Juarez


SVP, Wells Fargo & Company

Patty Juarez is a senior vice president and regional manager at Wells Fargo’s middle market banking office in Orange, California. She oversees a team of middle market banking professionals who develop business relationships with companies with revenues greater than $10 million.

Patty earned her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of California, Berkeley, and her MBA in business administration from St. Mary’s College of California in Moraga, where she graduated with honors.

Active in many professional and community organizations, Patty is vice chair of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Orange County, and she heads up their board development effort. CASA is an organization that trains community volunteers to serve as powerful mentors and advocates for our community’s abused, abandoned, and neglected children. She is also a board member at the Prentice School, a private nonprofit school

that provides specialized programs to students with learning differences. Patty sits on the dean’s board of counselors for Chapman University’s school of business and economics. She is immediate past chair and board member of the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, an organization that represents the interests of Orange County’s 33,000

Hispanic-owned businesses. Within Wells Fargo, Patty mentors team members, assists with the company’s diverse candidate recruitment, chaired the Women’s Leadership Group, and is active in the Diversity Council for Middle Market Banking.

The National Latina Business Women Association selected Patty as the Corporate Leader of the Year for their 2015 Women of Excellence Awards. In 2014, Patty was named Woman of the Year by the National Hispanic Business Women Association for her work in the corporate sector. As a result of her dedication to the community and her board service in Orange County, Patty was honored with OneOC’s 2013 Spirit of Volunteerism Award and the 2016 Volunteer of the Year from the OC Volunteer Chapter of Wells Fargo. Patty was also recognized by the Orange County Business Journal with Women in Business Nominations for 2013 through 2016.
