InFocus Foundation and Elyse Walker would like you to join them at the second annual CASA Rocks in Newport Beach on Saturday, September 21st, 7pm-Late. This unique event’s goal is to raise funds for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Orange County in their outstanding efforts of helping the abused, abandoned and neglected children and teens in the foster care system.
InFocus Foundation Presents CASA Rocks at elysewalker will be the can’t miss concert event of the year in the heart of the Orange County coast. Elyse Walker is a business owner, fashion director and stylist who is serious about the business of fashion without ever taking fashion itself too seriously. Elyse Walker opened her second store in Newport Beach in 2016, which features 150+ designers and a team of stylists to rival that of any department store.
Each attendee at CASA Rocks will have the opportunity to dance the night away, while enjoying specialty cocktails and gourmet catering courtesy of Nobu Newport Beach. Dance and sing along to premier Los Angeles acoustic rock duo, Crimson Crowbar featuring acclaimed musicians, Frank Simes & David Shelton.
“Their live performances are mix of unbridled, youthful enthusiasm strewn with wicked wit and whimsy. Along with their originals, Crimson Crowbar plays seemingly impossible renditions of “Whole Lotta Love”, “Strawberry Fields Forever”,“Space Oddity”, “Light My Fire”,and “I Am The Walrus”, continually stretching the musical boundaries of what four sets of well-oiled fingers and two acoustic guitars can do. The two of them can transform their acoustic guitars into orchestras, bongos, cells, sitars, mandolins, and drum sets.”
Nobu Newport Beach will be presenting the ultimate Nobu Style experience with two sushi chefs preparing hand rolls at a live station, passed hor d’oeuvres (including staples such as yellowtail sashimi, short rib tacos, rock shrimp tempura, and more), specialty cocktails, and desserts in addition to their exquisite service that Nobu is known for worldwide.
