We will help to cultivate an environment where individuals of diverse race, color, ethnicity, culture, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, religion, nationality, age, height, weight, disability, and marital and parental status may succeed professionally and personally, from how we select our advocates to how we build our workforce. Our committee will meet regularly to promote training, conversation and events to bring awareness, education, and understanding to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). We will continuously review and develop policies and procedures that will promote DE&I not only in the workplace but in the communities we serve. We will strive to ensure that DE&I is ingrained in CASA’s core values and we are committed to making sure that DE&I is incorporated in everything we do.
